At Opinion Labs, I'm the sole product designer on the founding team, involved in nearly every part of bringing the product together.
At Aon, I work on complex enterprise products within a much larger organization, collaborating across design, product, business, and engineering.
Two very different environments, each with its own challenges. I enjoy the freedom of working across an entire product, but also the complexity of making things work within larger systems.
Either way, I like being close to the product and how it's built.
